Are my problems serious enough for therapy?
We can all benefit from therapy. We all face times when we need someone to help us think through what is going on in our lives and help us make the changes we need.
How does online therapy work?
I use Zoom and I will send you a link before the session, as well as information on how to make the most of online sessions. Online therapy allows you to have sessions at a location of your choice and research has shown that it can be as effective as face-to-face therapy.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, everything you tell me will be confidential between the two of us, with a few exceptions, which are described in my Privacy Policy.
How many sessions will I need?
The length of therapy would depend on the nature of your difficulties and how much support you feel you need. I usually work with clients up to 12 sessions but there is no cut of point. We would agree an initial number of sessions at the start and then review this on a regular basis.
Do you work in the evening?
I provide sessions between Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday with the first appointment starting at 10am and the last finishing at 4pm.
How much do you charge?
Sessions cost £50 each (for 60 minutes), payable at the start of the appointment. Or £500.00 for a block of twelve payable in advance of the first session.
How do I make an appointment?
You can click on the button below to contact me.
You can use the button below to book a free 15-minute phone call. This would allow you to ask any further questions about working with me. I would ask you what you want to get from therapy, so that we can decide whether I might be the right therapist for you. (Please see my Therapy page for more information about the process.) There would be no pressure to book an appointment. Whatever you decide, I hope you find my Blogs useful. Please share them with anyone who might like them.
