What To Do

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a crisis service. I may be unable to respond to your phone call or email until the next working day and it often takes a few days to arrange a suitable session time.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical or mental health emergency and/or you are at risk of seriously harming yourself:

• Go to your nearest hospital with an Accident and Emergency (A&E) and ask to speak to the mental health liaison team
• If you cannot get there safely, call 999

Here are other sources of support:

• National Suicide Prevention Helpline – 0800 689 5652 (daily 6pm to 3.30am)
• Samaritans – call 116 123 (24 hours a day)
• CALM – 0800 58 58 58 (daily, 5pm – midnight)
• HOPELINEUK – for anyone under the age of 35 – 0800 068 4141 (daily, 9am – midnight)
• Make an appointment with your GP
• Call NHS Direct on 111
