My Three-Step Process to Exploring Therapy with me

Step 1:

To begin your journey, you can book a free call when we would briefly discuss how I may be able to help you.                                                                                           

At the end of the phone call, if we agree that we might be the right fit, we can then arrange a date for an initial session. There would be no pressure to do this, and you are welcome to take time to think about it.

If we agree to go ahead, I will send you by email my Therapy Agreement and Privacy Policy (there are also links to these below).

 

Step 2: Initial session:

In this initial paid sixty minute session we would have a exploratory conversation and discuss if we appear to be a good fit to work together and, if yes, we would agree on an initial therapy plan.

 

Step 3: My Rates:

My rates are £50.00 per session, or I do a block booking fee of £500.00 for twelve sessions. Two being free.
